The main railway station is approximately a three-minute walk away. From there, Erlangen can be reached in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn and Nuremberg in about 10 minutes by U-Bahn. A resident parking permit can be applied for.

In principle, the apartment can be used immediately “as is.” In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, the furnishings include high bar stools and a sofa. A coffee table and a 32-inch flat-screen television are also part of the inventory. The kitchen is largely equipped with dishes, cutlery, and pots. A desk serving as a workspace is also provided.
