The apartment also has an intercom system, a high-speed cable connection of up to 400 Mbps, and manually operated blinds.

An air-to-water heat pump supplies the underfloor heating and hot-water system with environmentally friendly heat. A large photovoltaic system on the roof generates a significant proportion of the “green” electricity used by the heat pump and also supplies solar power to the rental apartments.

The apartment will preferably be rented to one person. Please understand that pets (dogs/cats) are not permitted in this apartment.

Successful applicants must have secure, non-terminated employment with a sufficient net income (guideline: approximately €2,750 to €2,900) and a positive SCHUFA credit report.
