The shared apartment also has a modern communal kitchen with fitted units and large electrical appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The owner provides the kitchen equipment free of charge for shared use; it is not included as part of the rental agreement.

In return, the residents are responsible for maintenance and both minor and major repairs. This helps keep the rent fair and allows you to decide together how your kitchen should be equipped.
