The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with high-quality bed linen. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and comes with towels. The balcony is furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing evenings, while a bamboo privacy screen provides seclusion.

The new furniture is included in the rental. If desired, additional kitchen utensils, tableware, small appliances (e.g. toaster and kettle), and household textiles (blankets, covers, and towels) can be purchased for a one-time payment of €400.

The apartment also includes a basement storage unit and access to a laundry room and bicycle storage room. A parking space in front of the building is optionally available for €80 per month.

The pharmacy by the railway station, general practitioners, a kindergarten, and a primary school are all located in the town. Wasserburg also offers a range of dining options, from cosy cafés to waterfront restaurants.

By car: Lindau can be reached in approximately 15 minutes and Friedrichshafen in around 25 minutes. The A96 motorway can be reached via Lindau or Wangen in approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

By public transport: The “Sonnenhalde” bus stop is nearby. Buses run from there to surrounding destinations, including Lindau.
