House to rent 3+1 • 109 m² without real estateHoltenklinker Str. 68 Hamburg Bergedorf Hamburg 21029
Holtenklinker Str. 68 Hamburg Bergedorf Hamburg 21029LiftThe building was completed in 2008. The apartments were fitted with high-quality fixtures and finishes. Oak strip parquet flooring was laid in all living areas, while the hallway, bathrooms, and kitchen were tiled in terracotta tones. Each apartment features a high-quality fitted kitchen with Taiga birch-effect cabinet fronts and brand-name built-in appliances in a stainless-steel finish. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating and a separate radiator. The balconies and terraces are generously sized and have their own power outlets and lighting. The elevator runs from the recessed top floor down to the basement, which houses the underground parking spaces, bicycle storage room, drying room, and tenants’ storage units.
With around 121,500 residents and a total area of 155 km², Bergedorf offers a high quality of life. Hamburg’s largest borough by area provides its residents with all the amenities of a medium-sized town. The borough has two hospitals, AK Bethesda and UK Boberg, the latter treating accident victims from across northern Germany. Bergedorf’s young people have access to a total of 39 daycare centers and 26 schools, including five grammar schools and four special-needs schools. People of all ages can spend their leisure time at five music schools and countless clubs and sports facilities, while four theaters and five public museums enrich the borough’s cultural and educational offerings.
Internationally recognized medical technology and mechanical engineering companies, as well as HAW Hamburg (Hamburg University of Applied Sciences), have made the borough well known beyond the region.
The A25 highway and B5 federal road can be reached within a few minutes. Bergedorf’s central train and bus station is approximately 10 minutes away. From there, the S21 takes around 20 minutes to reach Hamburg Central Station, while numerous bus routes provide connections to the immediate and wider surrounding area. Several EuroCity services run directly from Bergedorf to Berlin.
Bergedorf offers attractive and comprehensive local amenities, including three weekly markets, a wide range of services and retail outlets, and excellent medical care provided by specialist doctors. Hamburg city center is nevertheless only minutes away. Other attractive employers, educational institutions, and all the amenities of a major city can be reached easily from Bergedorf every day. However, in the charming nearby recreational areas—such as the Sachsenwald forest or the Vierlande and Marschlande areas along the Elbe—it is easy to forget how close the city is.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower enclosure and the other with both a shower enclosure and a bathtub. There is also a southwest-facing balcony adjoining the living room.
A parking space can also be rented.
