Flat to rent Studio • 41 m² without real estateGoethestraße 11, , Hesse

Upon request, the apartment can be provided with tasteful, modern furnishings, as shown in the pictures (for a surcharge of just €50 per month). This means you can move in straight away without having to carry, dismantle, and reassemble heavy furniture. Would you prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? In that case, we will dismantle and store ours.

You can use our washing machines and dryers in the shared basement for a flat fee of €15 per month.

High-speed internet is available throughout the entire rental period for a monthly fee of €15.

TV service can also be added for €10 per month.

Our service charges truly are an “all-inclusive package,” including water, heating, building cleaning, winter maintenance, etc.—fixed and predictable.

No unpleasant surprises when the annual service charge statement arrives!

We are looking for long-term tenants interested in a cooperative and positive tenancy who are willing to commit to at least one year, preferably longer.

We are required to check your creditworthiness (Schufa, Creditreform, etc.) before concluding the rental agreement. If you have any negative entries, please let us know before arranging a viewing so that we can determine in advance whether we are permitted to rent the apartment to you.

For fire safety reasons, the storage room may not be used as a bedroom or living space; it may only be used for storage.

Use of the kitchen is included in the base rent.

The total monthly rent, including service charges (for one person), kitchen, electricity, internet, furnishings, and use of the washing machine, is €910.00.

The minimum lease term is one year.
