We are selling our cosy garden cottage in a popular allotment garden colony in Suchdol, Prague, situated just above the picturesque Tiché údolí valley. It is an ideal place to relax in nature, enjoy gardening and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The cottage underwent renovations this year, including a new roof, gutters, windows, electrical installation with a new electricity meter, kitchen unit and flooring. It is ready for the next season and its new owners. The sale also includes a new Hecht lawn mower, outdoor furniture, tools and various other items for maintaining the cottage and garden.
The cottage has an approximate floor area of 25 m² and consists of an indoor living space and a terrace. Inside, there is a small kitchen and a space for relaxing.
