The object itself is located to the west of Eichwalde station on a side street used only by local residents. The old settlement structure has been largely preserved here and, together with the open style of construction combined with plenty of greenery, it defines the character of this area. In 1936, on a 1,128 m² plot, a solid single-family house was built in a robust construction style with a full basement. One enters the building from the rear through a small vestibule that leads into the spacious entrance hall. The focal point on the ground floor is the living room, which is over 30 m² and stretches across the entire width of the house, having been created by combining two rooms. If necessary, the original room division can be restored, so that two separate rooms can be used instead of the current living room.

Directly adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is equipped with bright, modern fitted furniture including electrical appliances; there is also space for a dining area.

Also on this level is the bathroom; decorated in light colors and tiled up to the door, the room is equipped with a washbasin, a towel radiator, an inset WC, as well as a corner bathtub. The floors in the rooms and the hallway are covered with laminate, and the bathroom is tiled.
