In order to preserve as much of the original as possible—not only on the façade but also inside the building—it was painstakingly renovated and modernized. The thick brick walls create an extremely balanced and pleasant living environment.

The idyllic garden, lined with old trees and lovingly designed flower beds, invites you to relax. A separate storage room and a bicycle shed are available free of charge. The property is only a few minutes’ walk from the town center.
