Features & Conditions:

The apartment is fully furnished and rented either for a fixed term or indefinitely – including design pieces, art, and everything that supports daily life. The minimum rental period is 6 months.

Regarding the furnishings: Danish designer dining table light, a 1960s designer lamp in the living/working room, a custom-made desk from the 1920s, a Thonet classic used as a desk chair, 1960s sideboards, the Rams shelving system throughout the entire apartment, and limited edition lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay – these are separately insured. In the living room there is a small humanities library with art books etc.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing board, iron, 55-inch Samsung LED TV, all-in-one printer (HP), Teufel Raumfeld Cubes, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, fully equipped with an espresso maker, milk frother, etc. Bed linen and new towels are provided.

For clothing storage, an open storage system is installed in the inner chamber.

The base rent includes:

• Furnishing and equipment flat rate (including design classics and art): €300.00

• Electricity flat rate: €50.00

• Internet: €30.00

• Car parking space: €70.00

The apartment has been freshly renovated.

Rental Agreement and Conditions:

The apartment is available for both indefinite and fixed-term rental.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. Both rental perspectives are welcome – whether for an extended stay for professional or personal transitions or for a long-term solution.

There are two models for the conditions, depending on the planned rental duration:

If approximately under 2 years (temporary living):

A flat rent of €1,350 per month – including electricity, hot water, internet, broadcasting fees, and a parking space. There is no separate billing – everything is included.

If expected to be long-term:

A gross warm rent of €1,350 per month including the parking space. Electricity and internet are arranged separately via individual contracts, and the additional costs are billed annually.

In both models, the parking space and the furnishing and equipment flat rate of €300 (including design classics and art) are included. The signed lithographs by Miró, Albers, and Nay are separately insured.
