The office is approximately 180 m² and is located quietly in the back courtyard. It features high ceilings, plenty of daylight, large communal areas, and several quiet spots for focused work. The main tenant is Turning Blocks, a Munich real estate service provider specializing in the renovation and development of residential properties. We work here ourselves every day and look forward to meeting people who enjoy working in a calm, friendly atmosphere.

The workplace is located at Tumblingerstraße 12 in Munich-Isarvorstadt, in the Schlachthofviertel. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to Goetheplatz (U-Bahn and bus). You can quickly reach the city center, the main train station, Theresienwiese, and Glockenbachviertel. Because the office is in the back courtyard, you enjoy a pleasantly quiet work environment despite its central location. Cafés, restaurants for lunch breaks, and shopping facilities are just around the corner.
