Flat to rent 1 bedroom • 35 m² without real estateEichrodter Weg 1a, , Thuringia

On request, the apartment can come with great, tasteful, modern furnishings (for an additional fee of €29 per month). If you wish, you can move in immediately without having to carry heavy furniture or take it apart and reassemble it. Would you rather bring your favorite furniture yourself? Then we will dismantle our own furniture and store it.

We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy rental relationship who commit for at least one year, or longer if desired.

Our requirement is that, before the contract is signed, we must always check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform, etc.). If you have negative entries, please inform us before any viewings so that we can discuss the circumstances in advance.

Despite being close to the train station, the apartment is located on a quieter side street. Nevertheless, the station is only about a 3-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are also approximately a 5-minute walk away. For relaxation and leisure, the city park is inviting and is only about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and features a large bathroom and a bright fitted kitchen. The bedroom and living room are bathed in natural light.

The use of the kitchen is included in the base rent.

The total rent, including additional costs (for one person), kitchen, furnishings, and washing machine usage, amounts to €559.00.

The minimum rental period is one year.
