The kitchen, bathroom, and the third room are located at the rear under the sloping roof. There is also a storage room.

The living area measures around 98 square meters, with the terrace accounting for one-quarter of that.

The apartment will be renovated before you move in. We can provide a fitted kitchen on request.

Heating is provided by district heating. No combi boiler in the apartment, no maintenance appointments, no evenings without hot water.

A cellar compartment is included. You can rent a parking space on the property for 35 euros per month. There is no elevator as you will be living on the third floor.

We rent out the apartment ourselves. It is important to us that someone moves in who intends to stay. Pets are allowed by arrangement.

Move-in is after the renovation is completed. Please write to us briefly who would be moving in and from when you could start. We will respond to everyone.

If desired, we can also convert the current three-room apartment into a four-room apartment.

Velten is located directly north of Berlin, between Hennigsdorf and Oranienburg.

The bus stop is right in front of the house. It takes about eight minutes to walk to Velten station. From there, RE6 and RB55 trains operate. In Hennigsdorf, you can change to the S25, and it takes just under an hour to reach Berlin Central Station. By car, you can reach the Berliner Ring within minutes.

For everyday needs, you don’t need a car. A supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there is a pharmacy right in the building. A daycare center and elementary school are just around the corner.

And if you want to get out after work, you have forests, fields, and lakes around Velten within quick reach.
