Flat to rent 1 bedroom • 80 m² without real estate, North Rhine-Westphalia

Beautiful, sunny apartment, quiet, with a private atmosphere, a living lounge, giant sofa and massage chair, fully furnished with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a lovely terrace and garden with a heated swim spa and hydro massage—a place to feel good.

Since I also live here myself, I am looking for a roommate. The prerequisite is that things work out well together. Pets are not allowed. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area of Lechenich. It is only a five-minute walk from all shops, the marketplace, and restaurants. Rotbach and Schloßpark, as well as the pond and green areas, are within walking distance.

The room for exclusive use is furnished with new furniture, a large white country-style wardrobe, an appropriate bed, and a desk upon request.

The apartment is tastefully and artistically decorated. Nothing is missing—a complete set of household equipment is available for shared use. The apartment is very bright. The living area and the beautiful fitted kitchen blend together, creating an open and friendly atmosphere. The bathroom was completely renovated recently and features a window and a bathtub. There is also a lockable bicycle storage.

It is my private wellness oasis... I am looking for a single, quiet woman, without any attachment. I rent only to an individual and exclusively to a woman, as I also live here.
