If your workplace is at the Bayer Research Center, a convenient bus connection to Aprath is available. Kitchen:

A foldable table with two space-saving chairs is included alongside a fitted kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. Ample crockery, glassware, cutlery, and all necessary kitchen accessories are supplied. The entrance area also features a hallway with a coat rack.

The monthly rent is €685, which includes service charges/operating costs and Wi-Fi. This rent also covers the cost of the furnishings—that is, the furniture, bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances, dishes, cutlery, TV, etc. (Energy costs for gas, water, and electricity are not included.) A security deposit of €1600 is required upon signing the contract. At the end of your tenancy, the apartment must be left in a clean and well-maintained condition. The tenant is responsible for the mandatory final cleaning, which is charged based on time and effort starting at €85 (calculated at the current rate of €35.00 per hour).
