Here is the translated text:

Suitcase in, arrive, feel at home. Are you coming to Erlangen for a project, an internship, a visiting professorship, or a transitional period? Then you’re not looking for furniture, an electricity or internet contract, or an unexpected bill at the end. You’re looking for an apartment where you feel at home from the very first evening. That’s exactly why we have freshly renovated this 35 m² apartment and furnished it with great attention to detail.

Your day begins on your east-facing balcony, enjoying the morning sun with your first cup of coffee before heading off to work or university. In the evening, you cook in your own little kitchen with a view of the greenery instead of waiting in line at the canteen, and an espresso is just the push of a button away. The open living and sleeping area is bright, quiet, and arranged in a way that allows you both to relax and, if needed, work with concentration.

A fixed price, no surprises: 790 € per month, with everything included. Heating, electricity, water, additional costs, and fast Wi-Fi are all part of the package at normal usage. If desired, a parking space can be added for an extra 50 € per month.

The rental period begins on 1 November 2026. You can choose either a fixed-term lease (6–12 months) or an unlimited rental contract, according to your preference. You’ll be living in Erlangen-Alterlangen, in a quiet, green area west of the Regnitz, yet still conveniently close to everything: you can reach the city center, university, and university hospital within minutes by bike. The Siemens sites are also well connected by bike and bus. After work, the Regnitz meadows are just a stone’s throw away for a walk, a bike ride, or simply to catch your breath. Right in front of the door, you’ll find the well-connected “Sankt Johann” bus stop, and the EDEKA Wiemann is only 180 m away.
