Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, 780 m² can be leased, with rentals available from 80 m² upward. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the ceiling is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see pictures). Thus, the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is calculated accordingly. The high-bay storage can be custom-designed for the customer, allowing for higher or lower pallet positions. Please note that we do not rent individual pallet positions but rather larger areas.

Occupancy would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is on ground level and therefore fully accessible. The warehouse can be reached from both sides by a truck/car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is even possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the commercial area of Wandlitz OT Basdorf on a quiet one-way street. The motorways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity as well as a high-current connection. Individual sections can be heated by agreement.

The premises on which the warehouse is located are under video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
