We are especially looking forward to inquiries from female students who are interested in a harmonious, respectful, and communal way of living. Friends or fellow students who wish to move in together are also very welcome.

The house offers plenty of space to live, study, and relax on approximately 180 m² of living space. In addition to private rooms, there are spacious communal areas, a modern kitchen, and a private garden with a terrace.

This is meant to be a home where you enjoy spending time, share moments together, and at the same time have enough privacy to yourself.

Living together – sharing a home and feeling comfortable

When forming our shared accommodation, we place special emphasis on a pleasant and balanced mix of residents.

For the three available rooms, we are particularly looking for female students aged approximately 18 to 25.

Our goal is a mixed student flatshare with a balanced ratio of women and men, where everyone feels equally comfortable.

It is important to us that this does not become an anonymous, utilitarian flatshare, but rather a community in which mutual respect is shown, consideration is taken for one another, and where it is enjoyable to cook together or spend an evening together.

At the same time, of course, everyone should have the opportunity to retreat and study in peace.

Would you like to move in with a friend? Absolutely! Since there are currently three rooms available, it is also possible to apply together with one or two friends.

The current residents will also be involved in the selection of new flatmates, so that the community is well-matched on a personal level.
