Office to rent • 75 m² without real estateBrunnenstraße 11, , North Rhine-Westphalia

For rent: a versatile commercial space of approximately 75 m² on the ground floor at Brunnenstraße 11, 53840 Troisdorf. The unit consists of a spacious open area that can be flexibly tailored to individual requirements, as well as a separate bathroom (WC without shower) and a small kitchenette.

The existing open ceiling in a modern industrial style gives the space a distinctive character and creates a modern, creative atmosphere. Combined with the large shop window/window frontage, it forms a bright and impressive space with diverse design possibilities. The shop window frontage can remain open, or it can be modified with films to render it opaque (as the previous tenant partially did).

The commercial space is ideal for use as a retail store, studio, atelier, practice, showroom, workshop, or office. It is located at Brunnenstraße 11 in Troisdorf-Altenforst, on a traffic-calmed side street off Frankfurter Straße in a well-maintained residential area. The location is near the Agger and thus very close to the Siegburg city border. Thanks to its good connections to the surrounding roads and the nearby highway, the space is very accessible for customers, employees, and visitors.
