As the direct owner, I offer for rent a 3+1 apartment with an area of 72 m² at Plevenská 3117/6 in Prague’s Modřany. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 7-story building and features three rooms with a separate kitchen. The apartment also includes a balcony measuring 4 m².
The apartment will be rented partially furnished. We can agree with the future tenant on which specific pieces of furniture will remain and which will be removed, according to their needs.
An advantage is the pleasant surroundings with opportunities for sports and relaxation. Approximately a 4-minute walk from the building, there is a sports complex with a running track and playground, as well as a high school and an elementary school. Nearby is the Jahůdka Kindergarten on Krouzova Street. For walks and enjoying nature, the nearby Modřany Gorge with an educational trail is an attractive option.
