The rooms (approximately 13–19 m²) are bright, have large windows, and are rented unfurnished – you can furnish your room yourself. Each room has its own rental contract directly with the landlord.

Shared areas include:

- Dining area with table and chairs

Conditions per room:

- Basic rent: €360

- Deposit: 3 months’ basic rent (€1,080), payment in 3 installments is possible
