Pelzerhaken is officially a district of Neustadt in Holstein but functions completely independently, situated approximately 5 km to the southeast. The only south-facing beach in the Lübecker Bucht is located right outside the complex and offers an excellent blend of tranquility and charming, well-designed shops and restaurants.

In general, the Lübecker Bucht provides a diverse range of cultural and sporting activities—from a golf course to various water sports—with everything right on your doorstep. In less than an hour, you can reach the metropolis of Hamburg.

The apartment comes with a ground-level, drive-through underground parking space, as well as a beautiful sauna area with views of the Baltic Sea, an indoor children’s playground, and a fitness room with various equipment. So even if the weather is not ideal, you will never be bored. A washing machine and dryer are available onsite for a fee.
