Flat to rent 5+1 • 280 m² without real estateOberhausen Berg Bayern 82386

This beautiful, bright apartment offers many possibilities, for example as a home office or as a studio, among others. It is located in one of the old tuff stone farmhouses in the area (over 300 years old) and was newly integrated into the former granary in 2011. All materials are of high quality! There is also a spacious attic – see photos.

Berg bei Oberhausen is located where others go on vacation – in the lovely Pfaffenwinkel region, between Weilheim and Murnau. The area is peacefully rural and offers many leisure activities: hiking in the Alps, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter, and swimming in the many local lakes. In addition, the surrounding towns provide an excellent cultural scene – not to mention the proximity to the royal castles!

The state capital of Munich is easily accessible by train and car. For children, there are secondary schools and high schools in Weilheim and Murnau; the middle and elementary school is located in Huglfing, reachable in 10 minutes by bicycle, with a school bus also departing nearby.

High-quality floorboards and beautifully preserved old wooden beams create the backdrop for a cozy living space. A connection for a Swedish stove is available, and approval from the chimney sweep has been obtained for this. Two balconies or loggias invite you to enjoy nature.

The apartment is designed so that part of it can be separated and, with a second entrance, a small two-room apartment could be sublet or made available for parents or older children. The large fitted kitchen stays, but the small one does not.

At the end of the street there is a farmhouse with its own farm shop, so that you can supply yourself with eggs, bread, pasta, meat, etc. The floor plans do not reflect the final layout, but they still give a good impression of the apartment. More precise measurements will follow – it is best to arrange a viewing anyway!
