Nabízíme k podnájmu cca 180 m² v rámci celkové kanceláře o velikosti přibližně 390 m² v moderní administrativní budově Arbes Building na Štefánikově ulici, Praha 5.
V druhé části kanceláře budeme sídlit my (12 lidí) a to minimálně do března 2028. Jsme mezinárodní tým, který spojuje lidi ve věku od 25 do 55 let. Pracujeme v kongresovém oboru, mluvíme česky, anglicky, francouzsky a dalšími jazyky.
Společně bychom tak sdíleli dvě kuchyňky a sociální zázemí, zatímco každý tým by měl svou vlastní část kanceláře.
Hledáme ideálně menší firmu nebo tým o 5–7 lidech, který hledá prostorné a příjemné pracovní zázemí bez nutnosti pronajímat celý kancelářský prostor.

We are offering for sublease approximately 180 m² within a modern office suite of approximately 390 m² in the Arbes Building, located on Štefánikova Street in Prague 5.
The remaining part of the office will be occupied by our team of 12 people, and we plan to stay in the premises at least until March 2028. We are an international team of professionals aged 25 to 55, working in the congress and events industry. We speak Czech, English, French, and several other languages.
The two teams would share two kitchenettes and common facilities, while each team would have its own dedicated office area.
We are ideally looking for a small company or team of 5 to 7 people seeking a spacious and pleasant working environment without the need to rent an entire office.
