Flat to rent 2 bedroom • 80 m² without real estate, Brandenburg

This 2-room maisonette is located on the top floor of a small multi-family house with only four apartments, built in 2014. The approximately 80 m² of living space is spread over two levels: on the lower level you will find the living area with access to the roof terrace, the separate kitchen, the bathroom, and the hallway. A staircase takes you up to the large bedroom in the attic. The sloping ceilings and skylights give each level its own character. The apartment is in very good condition. Necessary renovation work will be carried out before move-in.

The apartment is suitable for couples and singles who appreciate a little extra space and desire a quiet living environment.

The warm rent is €1,160 (comprising €1,000 cold rent, €80 additional costs, and €80 heating costs). The apartment includes a parking space on the property, which is rented together with the apartment for €40 per month. The total rent is therefore €1,200. Occupancy is by arrangement, at the earliest from December 1, 2026.

The apartment is located in Alt-Rüdersdorf, a quiet residential area in the east of Rüdersdorf near Berlin. A daycare center is just a few steps away. The primary and secondary school Rüdersdorf and the Heinitz-Gymnasium are about 1.5 km away, and you will find pharmacies in the town center on Brückenstraße.

The Alt Rüdersdorf bus stop and the church can be reached in a three-minute walk. From there, the PlusBus 950 takes you in just under 25 minutes to the S-Bahn and regional train station in Erkner, and in the opposite direction to Strausberg. Within about ten minutes on foot, you will reach the end stop Alt-Rüdersdorf where tram line 88 to S Friedrichshagen begins. To reach Alexanderplatz, you need about an hour by bus and S-Bahn. By car, it takes roughly 13 minutes to the S-Bahn and regional train station in Erkner, and the A10 motorway is quickly accessible. The Museum Park Rüdersdorf is just under 3 km away.
