From the bedroom you can step directly onto the balcony. A washing machine is provided. You park your car in your own space in the underground garage.

The rent is a flat-rate. The €1,850 per month already includes additional costs, heating, electricity, WLAN, and the underground garage parking space. No extra payments will be required from you.

The apartment is ideal for professionals, project staff, doctors, and nursing personnel on assignment, or for couples who are newly moving to Lake Constance.

It is also available as a company apartment. Your employer can rent the apartment directly and will receive a monthly invoice.

Airbus Defence and Space is located right in Immenstaad. Friedrichshafen—with ZF, Rolls-Royce Power Systems, the hospital, and Lake Constance Airport—is just a few kilometers away. There are direct bus connections to Friedrichshafen, Meersburg, and Markdorf from the town.
