In a pleasant area in Prague Letňany, I am renting out a fully equipped studio apartment with a balcony, which is just 2 bus stops away (3 minutes) from Letňany metro station (red line metro C), from where you can reach the city center in an additional 18 minutes.
All the furniture in the apartment remains, including the refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and electric kettle.
The lease is to be signed for the period from October 2026 to August 2027, with the possibility of extending to a subsequent term.
The stated price is for a single person.
A second person in the apartment incurs an additional fee of 1500 CZK.
The deposit is 20,000 CZK and can be split into multiple payments (4 x 5000 CZK, or 10 x 2000 CZK), so you can move in with a very low initial investment.
