A bedroom of 14.5 m², a living room of 22.2 m² with a small balcony and a stucco ceiling, as well as a lovely living kitchen featuring a large, cozy dining table, a fitted kitchen unit, a combined fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher, plus a large sunny balcony overlooking the quiet, green courtyard.

A third room and an additional bathroom are also available. I use these when I am very rarely – that is every 6 to 8 weeks for one night – in Leipzig. I used to live in the apartment, but now I reside in Berlin. This is naturally a special situation, so I welcome inquiries from women of all ages with whom a good rapport could be established.

The kitchen is fully equipped; everything necessary for cooking, etc., is available. In the shower room, there is a washing machine. Currently, the apartment is furnished, but the furnishing, quantity, and type of furniture can be adjusted individually.

We have a very pleasant household community in the building, and the courtyard can also be used. Bicycles can be parked there as well. The additional costs also include electricity and internet, so no extra expenses are incurred.

The apartment is located on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße between Kurt-Eisner and Richard-Lehmann-Straße in the popular Leipziger Südvorstadt, a vibrant district of Leipzig. However, thanks to good windows and facing the green inner courtyard, it remains quiet. Step outside the building and you'll find numerous cafés, restaurants, and small shops. An art house cinema is within walking distance. It’s only 7 minutes to the Leipzig Riverside Forest and 15 minutes to Clara Zetkin Park – a successful combination of urban living, established infrastructure, and immediate proximity to expansive green areas. At the same time, the adjacent side streets with their historic buildings create a pleasant residential atmosphere.

Public transportation connections are excellent, so the Leipzig city center is reachable in just a few minutes. Shopping opportunities, schools, kindergartens, and medical care are also in the immediate vicinity.

Although the apartment is presently furnished, we are open to discussing the furnishing, including the number and type of the furniture.
