Flat to rent 2 bedroom • 95 m² without real estateSchlossberg 16, , Baden-Württemberg

Living in a castle? Here you have a unique opportunity!

The apartment is located in Schloss Neufra near Riedlingen and spans approximately 95m² over two floors situated at the highest point of the castle, offering a perfect panoramic view of the castle park and the Danube valley.

On the lower floor, you will find the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which is divided into the beautiful, very spacious living room and the bedroom.

The courtyard provides seating during the summer, perfect for relaxing among the trees of the castle park. The castle park, covering around 4000m², is also available for use.

If desired, a parking space can be rented, which is located in the castle park.

An attic directly above the apartment for item storage is included in the rental price.

Schloss Neufra majestically crowns the castle hill above Neufra (780–800 inhabitants), offering magnificent views into the valley and being excellently connected both culturally and in terms of transportation: accessible via the B311, with bus connections, and close to both the Danube valley and the Swabian Alb.

The apartment is rented fully furnished; everything is provided—from dishes and cutlery to the sofa, television, and sound system.

In the bathroom, there is a nearly new Miele washing machine and a matching dryer.
