Investment Opportunity: Higher Public Grants Possible than the Purchase Price!

The secured, completely greened and overgrown 2,220 m² plot offers: location, location, location. And two final building permits with structural calculations, digital measurements, visualizations, EnEV compliance documents, architectural cost estimates according to DIN 276 ... etc.
