Additional appliances can be arranged individually.
It is suitable for 2, at most 3 persons. Pets are allowed by agreement.
The bus stop is 100 m from the house, and a grocery store is 300 m away. It’s a 10‑minute bus ride to the Dejvická metro station, with a night bus available. There is excellent public transportation, thanks to the nearby university (approximately 1 km away).
Electricity and water are billed according to actual consumption, while everything else—waste, heating, internet, and security—is included in the rent.
The apartment comes with a covered garage parking space on the property, and street parking is also available since there are no designated parking zones.
