Your BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES in the surrounding area:

Meckenheim offers excellent transport connections: In just a few minutes you can reach the Meckenheim interchange, which provides access to the A61 (toward Cologne/Koblenz) as well as the A565 heading toward Cologne and Bonn.

From here, you can reach numerous attractions within 30–60 minutes. The most famous of these is – as our name suggests – the Cologne Cathedral on the Rhine, along with the vibrant city of Cologne. Via the A61, you can reach Brühl’s Phantasialand, one of the largest amusement parks in Germany, in about 35 minutes.

In only 20 minutes via the country road, you reach Euskirchen with its Palm Paradise, a bathing world featuring healing thermal waters. Other thermal baths, such as those in Bad Hönningen or Bad Bertrich, are also reachable in less than an hour. For guests who prefer a more liberal atmosphere, the FKK panoramic sauna in Holzweiler is just 15 minutes away.

Meckenheim is approximately 10 km from Bonn, the former capital and the birthplace of Beethoven. Bonn is conveniently served by the S-Bahn every 15 minutes. Only about 10 km away, the Eifel region begins with the Ahr Valley, known for its hiking trails and wine festivals.

Around 30 km away, you can admire the largest cold-water geyser in the world in Andernach. Right next door, in the Abbey of Maria Laach, you will also find the largest (dormant) volcano in Europe.

One of the apartments has been completely and comprehensively renovated. The three other apartments have been continuously renovated over the past six years and equipped with new, modern bathrooms.

All residential units are in a very well-maintained and contemporary condition. There is no backlog of modernization or renovation, so the property can be taken over and continued without any major additional investment.
