Flat to rent 2 bedroom • 55 m² without real estateNeugasse 1, , Rhineland-Palatinate

The interestingly designed apartment offers just over 52 m², which are distributed between an entrance area with an open kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bright, well-equipped, interior bathroom. It is perfectly suited as a single apartment or for a young couple.

Thanks to the mansard roof with gable dormers, the charming apartment with modern amenities is flooded with light. An additional monthly fee of €25 applies for the fitted kitchen.

Residents or visitors reach the cozy apartment via a daylight staircase with tiled steps that feature a non-slip edge. The bathroom, which includes a bathtub, is finished in white and light grey, boasts a ceiling-height design, and even offers space for a washing machine—eliminating the hassle of having to go to the laundry room.

In the entrance area, the kitchen, and the bathroom, white/almost white large-format floor tiles have been installed; in the living room and bedroom, beech-colored laminate flooring creates a pleasant, homey contrast to the white interior doors, white insulated glass windows, almost-white radiators, and white walls. The “snug nest” is heated by a gas central heating system with water heating.

Additional features include a simple fitted kitchen.
