We rent our spacious, sunny apartment for 2 months, from 01.02.2027 to 04.04.2027. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building with an elevator and is barrier-free accessible. Owing to its south/north orientation, the living/dining area—which faces south—is very bright and sunny. In winter, when the sun stays lower in the sky, its light penetrates far into the apartment. The apartment is modern, homely, and furnished with an eye for detail. Because it is our private residence, it has a particularly welcoming atmosphere, unlike some professionally managed holiday apartments. Naturally, there are plenty of empty cupboards and sideboards, so there is room for all your personal belongings. The photos in this advertisement were taken by us in mid-August and show the apartment’s current state. Additional furnishing options—especially for the study and the second bedroom—can be discussed depending on your needs and requirements (for example, a children’s room, study, or yoga room).

The apartment is located on a quiet, leafy residential street, yet it lies in the immediate vicinity of Prenzlauer Berg with all its bars, clubs, cinemas, and restaurants. Within walking distance you will find all the necessary amenities, such as supermarkets, snack bars, doctors, pharmacies, schools, and kindergartens. The nearest subway station (U2-Vinetastrasse) is about 600 meters away, from where Alexanderplatz can be reached in approximately 10 minutes and Potsdamer Platz in about 20 minutes. The nearest S-Bahn station, Schönhauser-Allee—with its Ring S-Bahn connection—is a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment boasts high-quality features. All living areas are laid with oiled parquet flooring and, like the tiled bathrooms and the kitchen, feature underfloor heating. The first two meters of the closet are empty and can be used for clothing and/or as a cloakroom. The study is furnished with a desk and an office chair, and if needed, a monitor can be provided. The second (larger) office or bedroom comes with an additional wardrobe (1.5 m wide) and can, for example, be fitted with an actual bed to serve as a children’s room or an extra bedroom. A fourth wardrobe (1.5 m wide) is located in the small rear hallway that leads to the shower room.

In the underground garage there are bicycle parking spaces, and if desired, a car parking space can be rented for an additional fee.
