A cellar compartment is included. You can also rent a parking space on the property for 35 euros per month. There is no elevator, as you will be living on the third upper floor.

We rent directly by ourselves. It is important to us that someone moves in who wants to stay. Pets are allowed by arrangement.

Velten is located directly north of Berlin, between Hennigsdorf and Oranienburg.

The bus stop is right in front of the house. It takes about eight minutes to walk to Velten train station, from where RE6 and RB55 trains run. In Hennigsdorf, you transfer to the S25, and it takes just under an hour to get to Berlin’s main station. By car, the Berliner Ring can be reached within a few minutes.

For everyday needs, you don’t need a car. A supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there’s a pharmacy right in the building. A daycare center and primary school are also around the corner.

And if you want to get out after work, forests, fields, and bathing lakes around Velten are quickly accessible.
