The windowless bathroom features a shower, a wall-mounted toilet, a washbasin with an under-cabinet, and a mirror (with integrated lighting). A washing machine connection is available, and a modern extractor fan has been installed.

The kitchen fittings will only be installed in mid-October, so only the kitchen designer’s drawing exists at the moment. The kitchen will consist of a fridge/freezer combination, an electric stove with a ceramic top and an oven, a dishwasher, and a sink.
