Within the grounds of the historic Šmukýřky garden, which spans 4,400 m², we are preparing 60 garden plots for rent, ranging in size from 20 to 60 m², with a total cultivation area of 2,500 m². The premises will include relaxation areas, fruit trees, and shared facilities. The on-site gardening service will be happy to assist with setting up your garden plot and cultivating it. The preliminary rental price is set at 1,000 crowns per square meter per year. We are planning the first season for the spring of 2027.
