Currently, three rooms are already rented to women. Therefore, we are also looking for a female flatmate for the free room, someone who desires a harmonious community living in a women’s shared apartment.

The apartment features a large communal kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen and a cozy dining area for four people. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a separate guest WC.

A special highlight of the apartment is the large, beautiful balcony, which can be used collectively by the flatmates and offers extra space for relaxation.

Rental Terms

Warm rent: €670 per month

Flat rent: There will be no additional utility bill settlement.

Electricity is already included in the rent.

Optionally, a covered parking space can be rented for €40 per month.
