Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. In total, 780 m² can be rented, with rentals possible from 80 m² upwards. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see pictures). Thus, the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height and/or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (price negotiable) is calculated accordingly. The high-bay shelving can be customized for the client, so that higher or lower shelving positions can be created. Please understand that we do not rent individual pallet spaces but are focused on renting larger areas.

Move-in would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is on ground level and is therefore barrier-free accessible. It can be approached from both sides by a truck or car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the commercial area of Wandlitz, OT Basdorf, on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity, as well as a high-power electrical connection. Individual sections can be heated by arrangement.

The premises on which the warehouse is located are under video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.

The property management is also located on the premises. The rental is arranged directly with the owner – no broker involved.
