The rooms are bright and cheerful with new flooring. An attic in the 2nd floor apartment may, for example, be used as a storage room or a common room for the residents of the 2nd floor.

The fitted kitchen with 3 refrigerators and 2 ceramic hob stoves, along with an adjacent living-dining room equipped with a printer and scanner and access to the terrace, is located on the ground floor for communal use by all residents of the shared apartments. In the intermediate floors there are also 2 new toilets, and on the ground floor an additional small shower room with a toilet is available.

The rooms vary in size and price. The additional costs of €90.00 per month per room include WLAN, gas (heating), water, and electricity at normal usage. A fee of €30.00 per month for a cleaning of all communal areas every 14 days is charged separately.
