The living and sleeping area has two windows and can be furnished with your own furniture for living, studying, and sleeping. In the separate storage room, you can store supplies and everyday items. The bathroom features a window and a shower.

The apartment is rented unfurnished. The kitchenette remains part of the apartment. The parking space is rented together with the apartment and is separately listed at €50 per month.

MONTHLY RENT

Cold rent for the apartment: €300

Operating and heating cost prepayment: €100

Parking space: €50

Total payment including parking space: €450

The prepayments are settled annually. Electricity and internet are to be paid separately.

RENT

€400 warm rent for the apartment (comprising €300 cold rent + €100 operating and heating cost prepayment) plus a €50 parking space that is mandatorily included = €450 monthly total payment. Electricity and internet are to be paid separately.

APPLICATION PROCESS

For the application following the viewing, please provide a completed tenant self-disclosure as well as brief information about your studies/occupation, household size, and desired move-in date.

Only after a positive selection, immediately before the signing of the contract, will the following be required:

• Current proof that the rent payment is secured (e.g., income statements for the last 3 months; for students alternatively a guarantor or suitable proof of financing),

• An appropriate current creditworthiness certificate (no complete GDPR data copy); in the case of a guarantor, additionally proof of income and creditworthiness of the guarantor,

• For students, an enrollment or acceptance certificate.

Any non-required information may be redacted. An identification document will only be presented for identity verification upon contract signing; please do not send a copy of your ID in advance.
