Karwe is nestled in a region of outstanding natural beauty rich in forests and lakes with countless opportunities for excursions, for example to Rheinsberg (concerts, theater, Easter and summer festivals), Lindow, Müritz, and the Feldberger Lake District, to mention just a few. Every summer, the Wustrauer Seafestival takes place.
