In a large shared apartment (approx. 150 m²) on the first upper floor, five rooms will be available starting October 2026. We are seeking female roommates for an all-female shared apartment.

The rooms (approx. 13–19 m²) are bright, feature large windows, and are rented unfurnished – you set up your room yourself. Each room comes with its own rental contract directly with the landlord.

The following areas are shared:

• Kitchen with kitchen island (stove, oven, extractor hood), refrigerators, freezer, and kitchen cabinets

• Dining area with table and chairs

• Washing machine in the apartment

• Bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate WC

• Hallway/entry area

Conditions per room:

• Cold rent: €360

• Operating cost flat rate: €150 (including staircase cleaning)

• Heating cost flat rate: €140

• Total warm rent: €650 per month

• Internet and waste disposal fees are to be paid by the tenant

• Deposit: 3 months’ cold rent (€1,080), payment can be made in 3 installments

• Notice period for tenants: 3 months

• No pets allowed
