Nabízím k pronájmu útulný a světlý byt 1+kk o rozloze 22 m², který se nachází ve 3. NP cihlového domu. Byt je v dobrém stavu a je vybaven základním vybavením – integrovanou postelí, skříní, lednicí a kuchyňským koutem. Postel je pevnou součástí bytu a není možné ji odstranit.
K bytu náleží prostorný balkón o rozloze přibližně 10 m². V okolí domu je možné poměrně snadno parkovat. Nehlučná domácí zvířata nejsou problém.
Byt je vhodný pro jednu nebo dvě osoby (např. pár) a je k nastěhování ihned. Při výběru zájemců a zájemkyň budou mít přednost ti, kteří se mohou nastěhovat dříve. Vratná kauce činí 13 400 Kč.
Důležité upozornění: nájemní smlouva bude uzavřena do 31. 12. 2026. V domě je plánována rekonstrukce, a proto je pravděpodobné, že po tomto termínu nebude možné v nájmu pokračovat. Termín zahájení rekonstrukce však zatím není pevně stanoven, takže případné pokračování nájmu po 31. 12. 2026 nelze v tuto chvíli ani potvrdit, ani vyloučit. Právě s ohledem na tuto nejistotu a omezenou garantovanou délku nájmu nabízíme byt za zvýhodněné nájemné.
Energie a služby jsou hrazeny formou paušální platby a není možné je převést přímo na nájemníka. Uvedená výše poplatků za služby a energie je počítána pro jednu osobu.

I am offering a cozy and bright 22 m² studio apartment (1+kk) for rent, located on the 3rd floor of a brick building. The apartment is in good condition and comes with basic furnishings, including a built-in bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, and kitchenette. The bed is a fixed part of the apartment and cannot be removed.
The apartment also has a spacious balcony of approximately 10 m². Parking is generally easy to find in the surrounding area. Quiet pets are welcome.
The apartment is suitable for one or two people (e.g. a couple) and is available for immediate move-in. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to move in sooner. The refundable security deposit is CZK 13,400.
Important: The rental agreement will be valid until 31 December 2026. Renovation of the building is planned, and it is therefore likely that it will not be possible to continue the tenancy after this date. However, the exact start date of the renovation has not yet been confirmed, so at this point we can neither confirm nor rule out the possibility of extending the tenancy beyond 31 December 2026. Due to this uncertainty and the limited guaranteed rental period, the apartment is being offered at a reduced rent.
Utilities and services are paid as a fixed monthly fee and cannot be transferred directly to the tenant. The stated utility and service charges are calculated for one person.
