You can reach the apartment via a staircase with 5 steps. It then opens directly onto the communal garden.

Through a small hallway, you reach the living/sleeping room as well as the bathroom.

The toilet, flush tank, washbasin, illuminated mirror, and the glass partition walls were replaced after the last tenant. You will be the first occupant after the renovation.

In the kitchen, a high-quality built-in kitchen with two smooth-ceramic hotplates has been installed. There is room for your refrigerator/freezer combination or a breakfast nook/work area.

A basement storage compartment is available for you. Parking spaces for the residents are available on the street in front of the houses.

In the basement, each building has a coin-operated washing machine and a drying room.

Please note: The electrical outlets, light switches, and curtain rail still need to be installed. Otherwise, the apartment is ready to move in – this will be completed before handover.

It has been freshly painted. However, there is still a slight smell of smoke, as the previous tenant occasionally smoked in the apartment.

Viewings are unfortunately only possible on the weekend from October 2nd to October 4th, as we do not live nearby.
