In 2018 we completed a multi-family house in Königswinter Thomasberg, which has been rented out since that date.

All residential units are rented out by Feldhoff Projekte GmbH + Co. KG as the owner and are managed by Feldhoff Immobilienmakler und Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

In addition to the stated rental price and the operating as well as heating costs, for this new building project each residential unit must lease two parking spaces for €39.00 each per month. Exceptions are not possible due to the development plans in force here by the City of Königswinter. The parking spaces are designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. Each parking space has a width of 2.90 m.
