The house has been continuously maintained and upgraded in terms of energy efficiency. In 2014, the roof insulation was supplemented with hemp wool, in 2008 the windows were fitted with double insulating glazing, and in 2019 the front door was replaced by an aluminum door. The roof was renewed and/or extended in 2014.

The ground floor was also comprehensively upgraded in 2018: The parquet was renewed, a sloping ceiling with built-in spotlights was installed, and walls and ceilings were finished with fine-structure plaster. At the same time, sockets and light switches were renewed.
