For short-term rental, our beautiful apartment, recently renovated in 2024, will be available from October.

It should be rented for at least 8 weeks. It is well-suited for professionals, commuters, as a short vacation, or as temporary housing.

Extension is possible upon agreement. For rentals longer than three months, the base rent is offered at EUR 780. It can be rented for up to 12 months or longer, subject to availability.

The furnishings are of high quality and modern. Cable TV is provided, but there is no Wi‑Fi.

The furnishings should be treated with care. The apartment is very cozily furnished, featuring plush Basetti blankets, bed linen, and towels.

The minimum rental period is 30 days.

Included in the additional costs are the caretaker services, winter service, weekly staircase cleaning, and garbage fees.

The utility prepayment is capped for one person in the household. No additional charges will be incurred after the rental period.

The security deposit covers potential rent loss, damages, or the final settlement.

The deposit will be refunded on the day of move‑out upon handover.

Final cleaning:

The apartment must be left clean and swept.

A hygienic cleaning service costs an additional EUR 80.00 upon move‑out.

A new television, new washing machine, and a Saeco coffee machine [available upon request] are provided.

The apartment is located in Garitz, near the KissSalis Therme.

Free parking is available in front of the building.

Major supermarkets and grocery stores can be found within 500 meters. The city center and spa park are about 1.5 km away.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms. The new spacious living concept features a modern and open‑plan living and dining area.

The apartment has been completely gutted (except for the bathroom interior with bathtub).

Everything is new and modern!

The apartment is designed in an Italian style, predominantly Venetian.

All doors, frames, oak vinyl flooring from JOKA, a new balcony with furniture, a bedroom, a dressing room wall separated from the bathroom by a glass door, a new kitchen and sideboard from NOLTE including an integrated hidden washing machine, pots from Silit, glasses, plates, cutlery, towels, etc. – everything you need for a short stay in the boarding house!

It is ideal for business or an extended stay in Bad Kissingen (whether for spa treatment or vacation).

You should be a non‑smoker and single. You should also appreciate absolute quiet. In the 7‑unit building, most of the owners are seniors.

Loud music or parties are not welcome in this property.

For two people, the additional costs increase by EUR 150 per month.
