As part of an extensive refurbishment, six high-quality serviced apartments have been created, now available for first occupancy. With approximately 22 to 35 m², the apartments combine intelligent space concepts with high-quality materials, selected design, and genuine living comfort.

Each apartment has been designed with great attention to detail. All rents are all-inclusive of water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine.

Basic cleaning is included every two weeks.

Bicycle and yoga mat rentals are available.

Additional cleaning, bedding/duvet sets, and towel sets can be booked separately.

Plus €150 for final cleaning.
