Quick access to campus (DHBW & ZU Fallenbrunnen / Lake Campus): Only 15 minutes by bike or 21 minutes by bus (direct connection).

Parking

Resident parking permit in the neighborhood or a parking space in the “Sportspark” garage (65 €/month) with a shuttle running every 10 minutes directly to the flat (only 6 minutes ride).
